I was connected by your Customer Service Dept , as a follow up call to get my opinion of the level of customer service offered by Hartlepool Branch. I told your employee my story, which she promised to investigate and within an hour i was contacted by the Service Manager from Hartlepool and we discussed what was available to sort out how best to reach a settlement to suit me.We managed to sort out the fitting of Mudflaps FOC, in lieu of my complaint which have now been fitted
