Just wanted to thank the Parts advisor for their help. After collecting my parts, they took the time to talk me through some exploded diagrams and helped me track down the part numbers I needed for a future job. They were very patient and their assistance made my repairs much easier. Greatly appreciated!

I was shown around a new EQB today by a Sales Executive at your Reading branch. I have bought a lot of new cars over the years and recently I have started dreading going into premium showrooms because of the attitude of twenty and thirty something salesmen who act as if they are doing me a favour showing me a car. I can safely say that my experience with you made a refreshing change. As a business owner myself, I can see they are a real asset - welcoming, down to earth, thorough in their qualifying questions etc but without it being a chore. They should be commended.

I picked up my E300 cabriolet today. The Sales Executive dealt with my sale from start to finish. They were extremely helpful and explained everything in an easy to understand way. There were not at all pushy as some Sales Executives can be.

My car has just been in for a MOT and Service. Without doubt this has been the best experience I have had from someone within your service team in all the years that I have been bringing my car in from service and MOT. They provided a thoughtful and excellent service, and in my view they are a real credit to Mercedes-Benz of Reading. They showed a genuine desire to provide an excellent service, which they achieved, and was extremely helpful in providing a solution when it appeared that I would have to come back from my holiday in order to ensure my car could pass its MOT.
