Honda Boston

Positive experiences don't often receive the recognition they deserve and in this case I wanted to thank the team at Boston Honda. I brought my car in for a service and a couple of issues were identified, I was told the parts would be ordered and I would be contacted in due course. It was during the fuel crisis when it was time to bring my car back in, I couldn't get fuel and needed to save what I had to get to work so I delayed the repairs. I received a phone call an hour later from Boston Honda offering to collect my car and leave me with a replacement while the work was done, they also worked around my schedule so I could get to work. They promptly fixed my car and dropped it back at my house and even put some diesel in it free of charge. The whole team across all departments were fantastic, they were efficient, polite and professional. The dealerships Kia and Peugeot that I've dealt with previously should take note on how to look after their customers, if they had then maybe I wouldn't have left and gone to Honda.

Having just purchased a used crv from Vertu Honda Boston, I would thoroughly recommend them. The sales exec was excellent, no hard sell and went out of their way to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. On collection the vehicle was beautifully presented. All in all very pleasant experience.All at a realistic price .Full marks all round.
