Vauxhall Chesterfield recognised for customer service
Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall in Chesterfield has been presented with a second national award for its dedication to customer service.
The dealership on Chatsworth Road was presented with the Customer Excellence Award after being named as one of the top dealerships for customer satisfaction across the Vauxhall national network.
After surveying customers, British manufacturer Vauxhall rewards top performing dealerships for the quality of service provided.
Iain Dodds, Plant Quality Manager at Vauxhall, presented Mike Herring, General Manager at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Chesterfield with the award at the dealership.

We have created positions such as Customer Service Champion, which is somebody that will follow up with each customer to ensure they are completely satisfied and we are glad to see this system is working.
