New Look Aftersales team at Volvo Cars Derby
Volvo Cars Derby on Sir Frank Whittle Way is part of Vertu Motors PLC, the UK's 6th largest motor retailer, and offers second-to-none customer service to customers in Derby.
As well as a knowledgeable and trustworthy Sales Team, the dealership, in Sir Frank Whittle Way, near Derbyshire County Cricket Club, has an experienced, highly-skilled and expert Aftersales Team, which puts the customer first every step of the way.
With an emphasis on quality and safety, Volvo Cars Derby has a dedicated Volvo workshop with a team which understands customer needs and that time is a precious commodity.
The dealership offers customers a one-hour service promise, which means the dealership will turn around a service in one hour, with customers assigned one point of contact and one dedicated person looking after their car.
As part of the service, the expert team will ensure vehicles have the latest, up to date software, and 12 months' roadside assistance comes free with any service.
All customers are offered either a courtesy car or assistance with onward travel, a free wash and mini valet with any service and repairs, as well as a free vehicle health check.
The dealership also offers MOTs, with all customers benefitting from added assistance and customer service from Keiran Surti, the dealership host, who looks after all customers from start to finish.
Service Manager Trevor Collins has 25 years' experience in the motor industry and has worked with Volvo for 15 years, joining Volvo Derby earlier this year to head up the six-strong team. Starting out as a Vehicle Apprentice Technician, Trevor has experience and expertise in all aspects of vehicle repair and servicing, including training in Motability repairs and servicing.
Master Technician Darren Taylor, who has 20 years' experience with Volvo, works alongside fully qualified colleagues to offer a full service package on many models. All service colleagues are trained in using the latest vehicle diagnostic technology for Volvo, and are qualified to work on all other car brands.
