Bristol Street Motors Ford dealership in Durham reopens following major investment
Bristol Street Motors has celebrated the opening of its newly refurbished Ford dealership in Durham, following a £2.4 million investment.
The £2.4 million invested into Bristol Street Motors Ford Durham has seen the site completely refurbished. The dealership now has a brand new showroom and parts department, alongside a fully refurbished workshop; equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
Bristol Street Motors added the dealership to its portfolio with the acquisition in July 2012. The Durham dealership now employs more than 40 colleagues and continued to trade throughout the renovations whilst maintaining the best of scores for Ford's recognised customer satisfaction programme.
The site in the Carville area of the city held an open night to celebrate the launch. Ford Managing Director Andy Barrett attended the event, as special guest of Robert Forrester, CEO of Vertu Motors, Bristol Street Motors' parent company.
